William has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) degree and a Master’s degree in Business Leadership (MBL) from UNISA Business School. William has extensive experience in the global fast-moving consumer goods and complex manufacturing environments.  He started his career as graduate trainee at Unilever South Africa. In later years his career progressed at Mars Inc South Africa as well as in the United Kingdom when he held a position of a Director in Manufacturing. His later years of work experience at for Nampak Divfood as Operations and Managing Director for the Diversified Metal packaging and as CEO of GZI – aluminium beverage cans producer afforded him a wealth of knowledge in the packaging and decorative containers industry.

Vuna Partners Fund I is the majority shareholder of SA Steelpack. Prior to joining Vuna Partners, Kayise held a Manager in Transaction Diligence position at a Big Four audit firm. In this role, she provided advisory services for both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence transactions across various industries, for commercial and institutional investors.
